About PCE Spanish School

We are an online Spanish school created to support international students in their Spanish learning journey and their path to Spanish universities.

PCE Spanish School was founded in 2025 from the experience of Escuela PCE. We created this school to help international students learn Spanish, prepare for university access in Spain, and certify their level through official exams such as DELE or SIELE.

Who Are We?

PCE Spanish School was created in 2025 as a natural evolution of Escuela PCE, an academy specializing in preparing international students for access to Spanish universities.

After years of working with students from different countries, we identified a very clear need: many students did not only need to prepare for their PCE subjects, but also to improve their Spanish level in order to study, communicate, and live with confidence in Spain.

That is why we created PCE Spanish School: a school focused on teaching Spanish to foreign students, with courses adapted to different goals, levels, and learning paces.

Our work is aimed both at students who want to access a Spanish university and at people who wish to improve their Spanish for personal, academic, or professional reasons. We also prepare students who need to officially certify their level through exams such as DELE or SIELE.

Our mission

Our mission is to help every student learn Spanish in a clear, practical, and personalized way.

We know that learning a language is not just about studying grammar. It also involves gaining confidence, understanding the culture, communicating in real-life situations, and progressing with the right guidance.

That is why, at PCE Spanish School, we combine structured classes, academic follow-up, and individual guidance so that each student understands their level, what they need to improve, and the most appropriate path according to their goals.

From Escuela PCE to PCE Spanish School

PCE Spanish School was created as a spin-off from Escuela PCE, an academy specializing in the preparation of PCE exams for international students.

Over time, we saw that many students needed prior or parallel Spanish training. Some wanted to reach a sufficient level to prepare for the PCE exams with confidence. Others wanted to improve their Spanish to live in Spain, study a university degree, or take an official certification exam.

From that need, we decided to create an independent school focused exclusively on Spanish learning and the linguistic preparation of international students.

This is how PCE Spanish School was born: with the academic experience of Escuela PCE, but with its own focus on teaching Spanish.

Our team

At PCE Spanish School, we believe that a good school does not depend only on a methodology, but also on the people who support the student at each stage.

Diego, Sandra, and Isabel are part of the PCE Spanish School team and represent some of the key areas of the academy: management, academic coordination, and teaching staff.

But behind them, there is much more. PCE Spanish School is made up of a team of more than 20 professionals, including teachers, administrative staff, student support, marketing, and academic coordination. We all work with the same goal: to help international students learn Spanish and move forward toward their personal, academic, or professional goals.

Diego Barea - General Coordinator of PCE Spanish School

Diego is the director of PCE Spanish School and the person responsible for coordinating the school’s academic strategy, organization, and growth.

His work focuses on ensuring that each student finds the right course according to their level, goals, and personal situation. From the management side, he makes sure the school maintains clear, organized, and results-oriented teaching.

Diego also actively participates in the support and guidance of international students, especially in cases where learning Spanish is part of a broader project: studying in Spain, accessing university, or preparing for official exams.

Sandra Sánchez - Studies Coordinator

Sandra is the studies coordinator at PCE Spanish School. Her main role is to organize the academic follow-up of students and ensure that each student progresses in an orderly and coherent way.

She is responsible for reviewing levels, guiding learning pathways, and coordinating course progress with the teaching team. Thanks to her work, students have clear planning adapted to their needs.

Sandra also helps connect each student’s goals with the most suitable type of course: general Spanish, DELE/SIELE preparation, or Spanish programs linked to access to Spanish universities.

Her role is essential to ensuring that the student experience is personalized, coherent, and well-supported from the first contact.

Isabel Tornero - Head of Teaching Staff

Isabel is part of the PCE Spanish School academic team and is responsible for coordinating the teaching staff.

Her work consists of supervising class quality, organizing common methodological criteria, and ensuring that the content is adapted to different Spanish levels, from A1 to C2.

Isabel works with the teaching team to make classes practical, dynamic, and focused on real communication.

Her goal is for each student to learn Spanish progressively, in a structured way, and with confidence.

It is very possible that you will speak with her when you want to start a course or preparation with us.

At PCE Spanish School, we believe that learning Spanish is much more than studying a language. It means opening the door to new academic, professional, and personal opportunities. That is why we support each student with clear, approachable training adapted to their goals.

What sets us apart

At PCE Spanish School, we understand that each student learns Spanish for a different reason.

Some students need to improve their level before starting PCE preparation. Others want to study at a Spanish university. There are also students who want to communicate better in their daily lives, work in Spanish, or obtain an official certification such as DELE or SIELE.

That is why we do not offer a single path. We work with different types of courses, levels, and learning paces to adapt to each student’s reality.

Our goal is for students not only to learn Spanish, but also to understand why they are learning it and how to progress toward their goals.

Learn Spanish with Real Support

One of the most important aspects of our school is support.

From the first contact, we help students identify their level, understand their options, and choose the most suitable course. During the process, our academic team follows their progress so that each student can move forward with confidence and resolve their doubts.

We believe in teaching that is personal, practical, and organized. We want every student to feel that they have a team behind them, not just access to a class platform.
